Helen has significant experience spanning a 30-year career in a range of roles including writer, editor, learning manager, learning designer, communications specialist and change manager/consultant.
She has worked within a range of technology and business projects across varied sectors including defence, finance, health, retail, higher education, stockbroking, insurance, superannuation, banking, government and utilities.
Her analytical approach, personable style and highly developed capabilities in the fields of learning, documentation, communications and change management contributes to the successful delivery of clear, concise and compelling deliverables. She adopts a user-focused approach to ensure audience needs are met and desired client outcomes are achieved.

Lynne has presented writing skills programs for over 33 years.
She has a wealth of information in writing techniques and can tailor that information to the level of the group she is training. She specialises in making the learning real by including documents in her programs that were prepared by the participants. This increases relevancy and application back in the workplace. She believes training should be fun and interactive and packed with practical content and strategies that are easy to apply.
